Responsible for the leadership and optimum operations of the Engineering Department by minimizing expenses/cost savings and maximizing customer satisfaction, developing short and long term plans and managing day-to-day operations, capital expenditures, managing expenses within approved budgets, developing, implementing and managing projects, manage safety and emergency programs, maintenance of all equipment, physical structures, facilities and landscaping in compliance within national codes and regulations to protect the resort assets, guests, staff and other stakeholders.
Food & Beverage Manager
Will work closely with management in developing and implementing exceptional food and beverage products and services to entice repeat customers to Plantation Island Resort (PIR). This will be done by performing all front of house duties related to the service of food and beverage to customers according to PIR policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards at all times through courteous, helpful, friendly, efficient and customer focused whilst ensuring compliance with Food Safety and health standards requirements.
